UK Click & Collect - Evri ParcelShops
Delivery Cost: £3.95
Delivery up to 2 - 4 working days from dispatch (Monday – Saturday).
- Please confirm your chosen ParcelShop address during checkout or we will select nearest for you.
- You can find your nearest here.
- You'll receive an email or SMS notification from Evri when your parcel is ready and where to collect.
- Please bring your photo ID and collection QR/Barcode.
- Parcels are held for up to 10 days before being returned to us.
This option is perfect if you're not home during the day and can collect at a time that suits you as most of the ParcelShops have longer opening hours, open 7 days a week and free parking nearby.
UK Home Delivery
Delivery Cost: £4.99
Delivery up to 2 - 5 working days from dispatch (Monday – Saturday).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your home delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot amend addresses once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched by us, you'll receive a tracking number and updates from our delivery partners by email or SMS.

How can I find my local Evri ParcelShop?

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver to mainland United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations).
How long do I have to pick up my Evri ParcelShop parcel?
You have 10 days from the day it's delivered to the Evri ParcelShop. If you don't collect the item, it'll be returned to us by Evri.
How will I know when my parcel has arrived at the ParcelShop?
Evri will keep you updated with progress of your order via email or SMS and will confirm when / where to collect your parcel from. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before attempting collection.
Where is my order?
Our delivery partners will aim to deliver your parcel within the timeframes shown above in the Delivery Timeframes. There may be delays beyond the couriers control. If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, please allow an additional 2-3 working days and then please contact Customer Support team here
