3. Products
3.1 Bulk Buy Products
Bulksave offers bulk buy products in larger quantities at discounted prices. Product listings will clearly state pack sizes, quantities, and any relevant conditions including purchase limits per customer.
3.2 Special Buy Products
Special buy products are limited-time or limited-stock offers. These items:
- Are available strictly while stocks last
- May not be restocked once sold out
- May be subject to purchase limits per customer

4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

5. Orders

- Bulksave delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only
- Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods where required
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
7.2 Returns Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging
- Certain goods (such as perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return unless faulty
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
7.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
